- All contests are free and are open to legal U.S. residents, age 21 or older residing in the continental U.S. To enter, fill out the in formation requested in the guest book form completely and submit it. If your browser does not support forms, send your responses to ALL questions via e-mail to info@anichini.com and use "Corporate Gift Contest" as the subject of your e-mail.
- Contests are not available to employees or directors Anichini or their advertising agencies (and their immediate families and those living in their same household). All contests are only open to such residents who are also the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which entry is made.
- Winners will be chosen by random. Entry for contest award is limited to one per individual. Multiple entries will not increase your chance of winning and may be grounds for disqualification.
- Anichini reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable.
- All applicable federal, state and local laws shall apply. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All contests are VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
- In case of any dispute, the decisions of the Anichini are final. All entries become the property of the Anichini.
- Winners will be notified by e-mail or ordinary mail and must respond within 48 hours to acknowledge acceptance of prize. In the event the winner fails to acknowledge acceptance of prize within the allotted time period, Anichini reserves the right to deem the winner's entry ineligible, and randomly select a new winner. Each winner consents to the use of his or her name and likeness, e-mail name, address, e-mail address, and/or photograph in any publicity, promotion, or advertising carried out by the Anichini or its agencies.
- Upon request, Winners agree to sign a sworn statement of eligibility and/or a further authorization/release which confirms the rights granted to the Anichini herein. Failure to comply with a request for such information or to claim any prize within 14 days of notification may result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.
- Prizes are not assignable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
- The Anichini is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, or computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunction that may occur for any reason.
- The CONDITIONS OF USE of this web site also apply to any contest or prizes offered or awarded on this site.
