Brocade Fabrics

Dating back to the Middle Ages, brocades were one of the first luxury fabrics.

These richly decorative fabrics were originally made of silk and woven with real silver and gold threads. They were traditionally made into garments to be worn by nobility throughout China, Japan, and Byzantium, which later became the Ottoman Empire.

Our collection is inspired by some of the finest examples of brocade fabrics dating back to this time.
