Every piece in our collection is the genuine article. Whether handmade using centuries-old techniques or woven from the silk of a near-extinct Indian silk moth, we have searched the world and found the ultimate textiles in each category. We strive to keep these extraordinary designs and traditional techniques alive by supporting the artisans who still produce them. Our products are not mass produced but made in small quantities and in many cases, made to order just for you. This means that some of our products are not available for immediate shipment and do have a wait associated with them. If this is the case the turnaround time for your order will be communicated to you within 24 hours of your order. Thank you for helping us support the world's most extraordinary artisans.

ONLINE ORDERS
Fast and convenient, our website enables you to point, click, and shop for ANICHINI anywhere you are. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, orders cannot be modified once submitted.

CREDIT CARDS & GIFT CARDS
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ANICHINI E-Gift Cards.

SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax where ANICHINI maintains a physical presence. We currently collect sales tax for orders to Vermont.

RETURNS
At ANICHINI we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our attention to detail in design, material, and craftsmanship is unyielding - and so is our committment to customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for product that is defective, shipped incorrectly, or not constructed to customer specifications. Requests to return product that has been ordered incorrectly must be made within 14 days of the date received and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To be accepted for return or exchange, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days 1.) in unused, unwashed condition, 2.) in original packaging, 3.) with the original receipt, and 4.) with our return form completed.

Please contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization number. Any return received without a Return Authorization number will be returned to the customer at their cost. 

ANICHINI reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Sale items, made to order items, custom orders and cut fabric are not returnable.

ANICHINI is not responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the item(s) for the full value and use a traceable carrier (like FedEx or UPS).

PRICE DIFFERENCES
